But I can not find it or anything like it.

Is it Russian? There are several lists of Russian valve names around
if you look. Dunno about Chinese...find an HK forum and ask.

There seems to be such a thing as a 4P1S power tube, alleged to be like a
4N1N

how about calling the amp manufacturer?
since they used it in their design, they must have more.
