Default Which DAT Cleaning tape?

Is it alright to use a cleaning tape designed for a DDS computer tape
backup drive on a Panasonic SV-3800? Is there a difference in those
as compared with those designed for audio?

Also, will DDS DAT tapes work well for audio?

Yes, and yes.
The recording mechanism is the same.
But the audio tapes will not work in a computer drive (just coding with
the holes in the shell of the tape).

If you don't want to take the chance, I have (3) brand new, unopened
DAT cleaning cassettes you can have for $20 total (2 Denon, 1 Sony).

You can, but the cleaning tapes really don't do much good. You'll be
a lot better off just doing it by hand.

If they are 60 meter ones. The 90m and 120m ones are thinner material.
