co-workers noise without interfering with my concentration. Can

Mozart is often rumoured as especially good for concentration.

Maybe a microphone to pick up the ambiant noise fed into an amp and
speakers at both sides of the workspace wired out of phase :-D
You'd have to sit pretty accurate though..
