I just wanted to let everyone know what a great repair experience I just
completed with Radial Engineering in Canada. My Tonebone Classic pedal
developed a faulty stomp switch after 8 months of weekly gigs. I emailed
Radial and crossed my fingers. Less than 12 hours later Paul Blake answered
my mail and invited me to send the pedal in for warranty repair. 10 days
(including the July 4th holiday and two border crossings) and zero hassles
later I got my pedal back today in perfect working condition. Here's to Paul
Blake and the Radial Engineering customer care team for an excellent job!
