I want to get a sub amp that has enough power to run two 12s that can do an
honest 20Hz in a trunk. I need at least 500 watts into 4 Ohms and would
prefer 1000 watts into 4 Ohms.

What's the least expensive good amp and speakers that you can recommend?

Would prefer new, but will consider used in excellent condition. I will
find a sub box here locally since shipping is expensive for a relatively
inexpesive box.
