Default mp3 & stackers?

If I have a MP3/WMA compatable CD head unit installed in my car and was
planning to purchase a cd stacker unit along with it. Will the stacker be
able to handle MP3/WMA cds or will all stacker units only be able to play
standard Audio cd's even with an MP3/WMA compatable head unit?

If you mean a Cd player that holds multiple cd's at once, that you can
just browse through, then the 'stacker' will have to recognize MP3
discs, not just the headunit. But you could save a few bucks, get a
deck that has changer controls built in, then buy the changer with MP3
capabilities.

Cliff Notes:

Each device that you play the cd in needs to recognize MP3's.
