Default Need software to support your creativity?

If so, please try using our new software tool: The Associative
Scrapbook

The Associative Scrapbook has been developed as part of a research
project at the University of Bath, analysing how computer tools can
support creative processes. It is designed to support any kind of
creative work, by allowing you to collect ,organise and develop
ideas, notes and inspirational materials of all types. You can create
sketches and notes, and collect pictures, web pages and other files.
The tool will automatically find relevant material from the web for
you, and also allows you to share pages of your scrapbook by email, so
you can communicate and work with other people.

By using the software and giving us your thoughts, you can help shape
our understanding of the support creative practitioners need and
improve future designs.

The software is available for Mac or Windows, you can download it from
http://www.cs.bath.ac.uk/~tc225/AS/

"The Associative Scrapbook is a research prototype. As part of our
evaluation of the tool, we want to gather a record of how it is used.
When the application is quit details of the features used are sent to
us. So as not to invade your privacy, this log is sent anonymously. It
does not include the content of any of the scraps that you have
created or imported in to the scrapbook, although it does include the
titles for identification purposes. The information gathered will only
be used for the purposes of this research project."
