Default AES/EBU Channel Status 192 kHz

Hi!

I have to design a AES/EBU transmitter and receiver. In 3250-E page 9
of AES/EBU specification it says bits 6-7 of Byte 0 are to indicate
sampling frequency ranging from 32 kHz to 48 kHz. In modern systems,
sampling frequencies go up to 192 kHz. How are the higher sample rates
indicated in the channel status block?
When I searched the web, I came across to a page which referred to
IEC 60958-3 amendment for solution. Can you confirm?
Looks like I end up buying the document after all, but it would be
nice to know if it is the right document.

Thank you for your help!
