Default Dirty Champion 600 PC Board

I lifted the circuit board of a Fender Champion 600. There's light
gray residue around a lot of the solder joints. Is that gunk flux
that hasn't been removed completely or residue from the flux remover
itself?

There's a picture he

Probably just flux residue. Why do you ask?
Is there a problem you are trying to fix?
Else what difference does it make?
