Default Blumlein's garters, in situ :)

Hi RATs!

I got the garter circuits working in the other A7

I had hoped to compared with single R/C per tube, but, fortunately, the
improvement, after playing over night, is enough to leave that as a
luxury ...

Yes, four times as many resistors, of double resistance, and twice as
many caps, of twice the voltage rating, are an outrageous expense.

And rerouting the bottom of the grid resistors (which used to go to
ground) to the center of the opposite tube's series cathode resistor
pair takes some wire.

Alan Dower Blumlein may be hard to spell, but, he had a finer mind than
me. I still was able to see the magic in his idea

It may simply be louder, but, it is really good, louder.

Great investment of hobby research dollars and time

Happy Ears!
Al
