Default FS: DIGITECH MV-5 MIDI VOCALIST VOCAL HARMONY PROCESSOR

FS: DIGITECH MV-5 MIDI VOCALIST VOCAL HARMONY PROCESSOR

Designed for keyboard players and MIDI enthusiasts desiring to plug in and
have instant
vocal harmonies without programming, the Digitech MV-5 automatically creates
up to 5-part
vocal harmony from one voice input. Performing musicians will love the fact
that the MV-5
offers a wide range of harmony options. Detuning provides instant four-voice
thickening of
vocal lines, while Vocoder harmonies allow the musician to play the exact
vocal harmonies
desired on the keyboard. With Chordal harmonies, the MV-5's built-in musical
intelligence
automatically changes the harmonies to fit the chords played on a MIDI
keyboard. The
Scalic harmonies only require the user to input the key and scale, and the
MV-5 does the
rest.

The DigiTech MV-5 is incredibly simple to use. Six backlit buttons on the
front panel allow
the user to quickly select both the number of harmonies and their position
above or below
the original vocal.

MIDI enthusiasts will enjoy the MV-5's MIDI implementation that allows
real-time control
through MIDI continuous controllers. The MIDI Vocalist comes equipped with
both XLR
microphone and 1/4-inch line-level input jacks. Output can be either mono or
stereo. The
MV-5 also allows the user to bypass the harmonies using an external
momentary contact
switch.

Using a VLSI-based pitch-shifter, the harmony processor features a dynamic
range of
greater than 88 dB, "A" weighted, and a THD of less than 0.02 percent.
