I like the fact that it's a mixer as well. But for 100 clams a channel
I'm somewhat hesitatant to rush out and buy one. Didn't that have
another single channel pre that did ok for the money?

Has anyone seen an actual product yet? I saw it at NAMM or AES last
year, but don't recall hearing that it's in production yet. It's a
pretty cool package - more than a preamp. I wrote about it in one of
my show reports.

They have the VTB-1 single channel tube preamp that's a bit over $100,
which is almost surely a good deal for the money. I see from the web
site that there's a VTB-2 coming, which I guess is two channels.
