You can predict which clients will want the shrill mics and which know what
"unhyped" sounds like.

when you watch a music concert on TV, you can ID each of the mics by
make and model number..

Not only that, after years of listening to me complain, SHE can now
ID each of the mikes by make and model number...

Ahhh, the true promise of HDTV! Enough resolution so that even if we don't recognize
the mic, we can now read the model number right off the mic body.

Of course, the audio might be 300 mS behind the video but hey, what's the big whup
with that? (That is, from the Video dept's POV -- that "sound thingie" is still an
annoyance for too many of them.)
