Grace Lunatec V3 and PDAudio

Gidluck Mastering's Live2496 recording software for PDAudio is a key part of the solution because it allows for "media chaining". "Media chaining" lets you fill up a flash memory card and while you're swapping it out for a fresh one, you can record to an alternate storage device, like the PDA's internal memory. When you insert the new empty flash card, you can continue recording to it and not a single byte is lost. Does it flush the buffers to the new flash card, or do you end up with tracks on all three media? Last I heard was that you'll have three tracks, all clearly labelled as to what they are, that can be easily appended to each other in any common DAW to create a single file with no bytes lost. -- Len Moskowitz PDAudio, Binaural Mics, Cables, DPA, M-Audio Core Sound http://www.stealthmicrophones.com Teaneck, New Jersey USA http://www.core-sound.com Tel: 201-801-0812, FAX: 201-801-0912 |
