A pretty low-end "high-end" deck anyway, so an "owners manual" which
includes very little useful information and no service information is
barely worth the cost of postage. But than, what else would one expect
from a seller using the words of Douglas McArthur yet who has never
served in the military... but misrepresentation. And that this seller
would sell the deck separately from the manual also is suggestive of
its general attitude towards its customers.

Of course, there are no tubes involved.
