Indeed!
I love dark chocolate....and now that it's 'good' for me,I love it more!
It has antioxidants in it also.

As they say, the cocoa component is beneficial. But watch out for the
other junk in most chocolate: some brands (sorry, defamation laws, or
I'd name them) are around 90% trans fats. That is not good.
