FS: Pioneer CT-F9191 Cassette Deck
Pioneer CT-F9191 Cassette Deck
Image and more info: http://members.aol.com/KDresch/ct-f9191.html Pioneer's top cassette deck from the mid 70's. This is the one you drooled over but couldn't afford so bought the CT-F2121 instead. Now you can own the one you really wanted! This example has been completely gone through by my tech. It has been adjusted and tweeked for TDK SA tape. I'll include his invoice as proof of service. Beware, most units you will find on Ebay or other locations will need major repairs before they will work properly. This is a mechanical piece and restoration is a MUST for full enjoyment and performance. This unit was simply the best Pioneer had to offer and was extreamly well built. Specs. indicated a high frequency response out to 17kHz with chrome tape. The look and feel of this deck is simply wonderful. The only better decks were double or triple the cost from Nakamichi. This unit has excellent cosmetics as you can see in the image. The walnut cabinet is beautiful with only a few distractions. This unit is just a total example of the stunning beauty of the best audio offerings in the 70's. The CT-F9191 listed for $475 from 1976-78, (approx. 35lbs gross) Pa href=http://members.aol.com/KDresch/audio.net.htmlaudio.net/a, Used Audio ShopPNow entering our 9th year of operation.P100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed since 1995. |
