Default Speaker repair?

I've been driving my little monitors pretty hard and today I noticed
one intermittently buzzing/crackling. Looked over and it's got some
cottony looking stuff coming out? Also noticed that the cone has
become a little unglued/separated where the cotton is coming out, just
in that one spot.
Seems to be working fine otherwise. Can I get this repaired cheaply?
Is it as simple as gluing that little area?
