Default a moratorium on ABX/DBT

No one is going to be convinced by the arguments of the other side.

As Gary Eickmeier has remarked, the result of this monotonous focus is to
drive away many people who would otherwise be interested in participating in
r.a.o.

How about a one month moratorium on this subject?
