I have 8 Infinity kappas, I have a 604 soundstream reference 4 Channel amplifier. The speakers are rated for 4 ohms, I am wondering if i can run 2 speakers per channel in 2 ohm mode safely and get the same kind of rms to each speaker as I would in 4 ohm mode? Would this be the same for 16 speakers if the amp was 1 ohm stable with 4 channels?
