Default [f/s] WHISPER ROOM ISOLATION RECORDING BOOTH WITH EXTRAS

WHISPER ROOM ISOLATION BOOTH PLUS EXTRAS - $4500 or best offer

I purchased the Whisper Room 102x84 inch standard isolation booth
less than two years ago and have put just under $8000 into it. This
is the standard room which is good enough to cancel out almost all
sound (or reduce it to a 'whisper') as they say. I've played bag pipes,
roland Vdrums, a very loud tube amp and guitar, bass guitar and the
Sex Pistols at high volumes and have been amazed at the reduction.

I live in a multi-unit flat on Capitol Hill and I was preparing to
move, so I've completely dismantled the room. Rather than move it,
I've decided to sell it. The base 102x84 room from Whisper Room is
$6095. Here are the upgrades I've done:

. full caster platform (for added vibration reduction)
. dense, acoustic foam layer for between the room floor and platform
. Aurlex pro foam kit, including the 'plat foam'
. Also included is a custom cut low pile carpet and pad (light grey)

I am asking $4500 and would prefer local pick up. If it needs to be
shipped, please contact me as its not possible to use UPS on these
items. Also, please note the picture shown is of a 102x84
standard unit with two windowed walls. I chose no windows for
greater sound insulation. Also, the assembled picture does not
show the caster platform upgrade. All materials are in like new
condition and I am a non-smoker.

It is currently listed on ebay with bids starting at $4500 and a
buy it now price of $5000:
