Have you ever heard of Savitri Devi? Look that name up. I'm pretty
goddamned "politically incorrect" but Devi was an out and out admirer
of Hitler (I'm not: he was a nut and a loser) and what Hynde and Devi
promote are not too far off. Don't take my word for it, do the
research.

She has the disgusting arrogance to call her band "The Pretenders"
when in fact "The Pretenders" since James Honeyman-Scott and Pete
Farndon died is "any random bunch she says it is". Jimmy, there was a
fine guitar player, treated her with respect, was largely responsible
for the sound of the first Pretenders albums, and she **** all over
him. In my book that makes her a ****.

Some time ago I went off on Debbie Harry but what she and Stein did
was nothing compared to Chrissie. I thought they did not handle the
Rock Hall thing professionally at all but the Rock Hall is a crock no
one takes seriously and besides Infante was an asshole to begin with.
(Nigel was a model of deportment and is still a fine bass player,
better than Leigh Fox, and in my opinion got the fuzzy end of the bass
string out of the deal.) Hynde's disrespect of the people that got her
loudmouthed, ****ish ass a record deal in the first place burns my ass
so much I can't listen to her music anymore. And you know the sad part?
A lot of it is pretty good music. She's a talented ****, but she's
still a ****.

that she supported Nazis.
In fact I know she is strongly anti Nazi.
I don't see any connection between her and Savitri Devi other than
vegitarianism.

As for her ralationship with Jimmy it is obvious it was based on mutual
respect.
In the end it was drugs that got Jimmy and Pete. Not Chrissie.
I agree that the Pretenders original line up was better than any since
but it was and still is
Chrissie Hynde's band so she can have who ever she likes play in it.
I don't get your problem with her.
