That's about a guaranteed way to screw up the frequency response of any
speaker! If you put a horn in front of a tweeter that wasn't designed for
it, you will alter the efficiency of the driver in a way that is not easily
predictable. The idea that a generic set of horns could be made to fit any
tweeter or 6 or 8 inch driver is absolutely ridiculous!
