Call Tape Warehouse in Atlanta. Ask for "flanges," "screw kits" and "hubs"
rather than reels. Getting the pieces is much cheaper than getting full
reels in boxes.

I do not think 10" plastic reels are made any longer. Good thing, too.

I doubt you'll get plastic in 10 1/2 " ( it is 10 1/2 isn't it ? - it's
been so long !)

-- Have a look at the Ebay. I've seen tons of various reels there --
and purchased some, too (Scotch all-metal ie. cast hub reels etc.). In
some cases, prices may raise up ridicolously, though.
