Default Will guitars go the way of keyboards?

I guess these have been around for a while but this is the first I've
seen of them. It still looks a long way off from the real thing but
looking back at the Korg poly 6 and the arpeggiater, maybe its's not
to far off.

I don't believe keyboards when the way of boring amateurish compositions
played on an out of tune guitar! Cool retro tech but I think Pat Metheny has
this figured out in a much better fashion.

I had the opportunity to see the Orchestrion tour when it came through
Seattle last year. Pretty impressive on all fronts. Look for a DVD/BluRay
release of Orchestrion from Metheny later this year.
