Anybody know where I could get a schematic for a Conn 7868 amp?

Probably Conn, I think they are in Elkhart, IN. Or the organ guys have
a professional society called MITA Tech.

You could try Lord Valve, I recall he's restoring and maintaining
(tube) organs as well.
