bought about 15 of my listings so far.

Books are both from the Clint Blais radio dial estate I purchased in August
and extras from my own collection.
SC=soft cover HC= Hard cover
GC=cover or pages worn, all there.
VGC= cover or pages may have some wear, but better than GC.
EC= pretty close to like new.

Batch 4....
"Complete Guide to Reading Schematic Diagrams" by Douglas-Young 1972 264pgs
, spiral soft cover not really for beginners but those who want to look up
say a "bass control" circuit , power supply or a pp output, all nicely
sorted out by type of circuit, and explains them. Shows both solid state
and tube. VGC, $10.

"Servicing Superhetrodynes" by Rider, 1934, 12th printing 1943. hardcover,
238pgs. A classic everyone servicing old AC radios should have. VGC+ $18.

"Audel's "new" Radioman's Guide" soft cover, 745 pgs, 1939,40 issue. a
VERY cool looking book with a lot of good info, but not so much service
oriented. Still, worth it for a general overview of all things radio.VGC++
$15

Batch 5 is mostly audio related...

"Guide to Audio Reproduction" by David Fidelman, Rider publications, SC,
232pgs, 1953. really gives great info on tone control circuits, transformer
theory, speakers, etc. Wide ranging and very clear. Fairly rare. GC,$15.

"High Fidelity Techniques" by James Langham, Gernsback SC, 1950,112pgs.
covers audio tube amplifier design very well, in a pithy but informative
way. Cathode loaded PP outputs, inverse feedback, its all here. This copy
is worn to a GC-, but its all there and very readable. If you are into tube
audio, this is a very good one. $14.

"Audio Systems Handbook" by Crowhurst. Tab SC, 1969, reprinted 1975, 189pgs.
chapters on Amps, Eq's, special devices, power ratings, etc. $5.

"Audio Sweetening for Film and TV" by Gubatka, Hull, and Sanders HC, 1985,
224pgs. professional guide to sound for film, TV,etc. originally sold for
$30. VGC+, $8.

"Getting the Most Out of Vacuum Tubes" by Robert Tomer, SAMS first ed, 1960,
HC, 160pgs. covers how tubes fail, differences that may exist between tubes
of the same type, special purpose tubes, etc. No formulas or anything too
technical, just the real dope from a man in the field at the time (he worked
for CBS tube division). VGC++ $15.
(sold one, found another copy!)

Batch 6....
OK, here's MORE good books from the Blais estate and my spares, this batch
being mostly good radio servicing books:

"Principles and Practice of Radio Servicing"
by Hicks. McGraw-Hill, HC,1939, 2nd ed 1943. 391pgs. Slimmer and
competitor to "Modern Radio Servicing" it covers all section of a radio and
the troubles that can be found. VGC, $17.

"Radio Service Training Manual" by Rice, Sams publishing, first ed, SC,1971.
288pgs.
covers AM, FM tube or transistor, even a little stereo. Has nice service
charts with "yes-no" choices leading you to possible solutions to your
service problem. VGC-
$10.

Batch 7 -- The technical stuff!
These are general interest and training books on radio/electronics.

"The Oscillator at Work" by Rider, third printing, 1940 with dust
jacket.243 pgs. 5"x 8" , HC.. Triode oscillators, Ultra-high frequency,
neg. resistance, electro-mechanical, relaxation, RF, AF, etc, etc. VGC, $12

"Essentials of Radio" by Slurzberg and Osterheld, 1948, 806pgs. HC. Intro

circuits. some audio.
18 tables in appendix. Book EC, dust jacket worn. $17.

"Basic Radio Principles" by Suffern, 1943. 271pgs. HC. 5X8 . Tube
theory, oscillators, audio, radio . EC, nice, $9

"FM Simplified" by Kiver. 1947, 359pgs, HC. 5 x 8. all about FM, with 3
vellum fold out schematics, all perfect. Nice, covers all the types of FM
detectors, and is clear. VGC+, $12

"Radio- A study of First Principles" by Burns, 1928, 4th printing 1930.
5x 8, HC.255pgs, 211diagrams. Covers the basics of radio, VGC, $12.

"Electronic Circuits" by Martin. 1956. Tons of formulas and circuits, for
triode, beam and pentode uses, feedback, Push-pull, etc, for tubes and
transistors (very early text on that!) 707pgs, about 100 diagrams. $12
