Coolest New Product from AES?
At least one I can afford:
http://aes.harmony-central.com/117AE...TranzPort.html I realize doodads like this have been around before but this one has the coolest implementation I've seen yet. I often use my DAW more or less as a tapedeck (running the outputs through an analog console) and this is a really elegant solution to the "remote control" problem...I don't like having a tray, mouse, etc. under the console, that really gets in my way so this is way cool. HREF="http://aes.harmony-central.com/117AES/Content/Frontier/PR/TranzPort. html"http://aes.harmony-central.com/117AE...r/PR/TranzPort. html/A Just went to their web site-expected to see a price tag much higher than what they are asking. If this device works well I'll definitely pick one up. (Mark Steven Brooks/Elaterium Music) |
