Default how to test western electric 418a

Does anyone have the data to test western electric tubes on a Hickok
539b? Specifically the 418a. I recently got a few of these and would
like to test them. Has anyone any info on using these in a hi-fi amp?
Any help would be appreciated.

Per my "concordance":

6.3 EV - 2173-0 0.0 ... P4 C 6300 Plate Volts = Low

Hope that helps.
