Default pioneer headunit deh-p900r wiring problems

I just bought a used pioneer headunit (deh-p900r) which has multidisc
control. My r/t has a factory 4 cd changer and i wanted to connect the
head unit to the changer but they dont have compatible plugs. are
there any adapters out there for connecting the factory cd changer to
an aftermarket head unit? websites? anything? thanks

Your not going to be able to control your factory changer with that aftermarket
radio. It can only be controled by the factory radio
