Hi, I was wondering whether it is possible to hook up my Hifi speakers
to my computer?

Get the proper adaptors to drive your amplifier that has the speakers. In
any case, your speakers will require an amplifier between them, and the
computer.

Just plug the computer sound card into the Hi Fi amplifier.
