Default Brain-Teaser for Sacky

In your view, what is the difference between a political liberal and a
political progressive?

Dictionary references are not needed.

I retract my interdiction on consulting dictionaries. You will find that
cackle is usually a verb. Did you mean to burble "you let out a cackle"? If I
were describing your typical contribution to an RAO "debate", I'd say you let
out a belch. But I wouldn't call you a belch because it's a meaningless slur
in this context.
