Mufller tip question
I want to get my 92 honda civic lx a muffler tip to make it purr.
However, the only option so far is to buy a universal tip and get it welded on. Is this a good idea. The reason I have to get it welded on is because my stock tip is a pee shoooter and is very small. I dont want to put out a lot of money for a whole new system but I want the wone is lower dramatically and this is the way to go. Good idead or no? |

We're getting more and more of these auto related questions in the audio
group. Look carefully at these two words: auto audio What differences do you see? I wonder if the auto groups have the same problem? J "luvmyhonda" wrote in message om... You may want rec.auto.tech for tips on how to make your car sound completely assinine and greatly increase your interior noise so you have to turn the stereo up even louder and damage your hearing irrepairably before you become old enough to legally drink. Add a big non performance enhancing wing to your trunk for maximum effect. Maybe some logos for the windshield. Come on, all the other kids are doin it, and that must mean it's KEWL! Best Regards, For more ideas on how to make your car really fast and kewl, check out the pics at www.ricecop.com " I do believe that just because I want to change the sound of my car does not mean that I am going to rice up my car that is a huge stereotype and I dont believe you would appreciate me in stereo typing you so back off fool. hahahahaha -Matt" |

For the record, changing the sound of your car by adding custom muffler tips and resonators makes you obnoxious to anyone you drive by, and has absolutely no performance enhancing value. By the definition of 'ricer' that we all make fun of and see as useless, thatıs EXACTLY what you're doing to your car. Try better reading or spelling next time... I seriously think you need to grow up for stereo typing me just because I want to change the sound does not mean anything. Seriously grow up. You dont know me at all so how can you accuse me? As for growing up...wanna hazard a guess the age demographic for non-performance enhancing vehicle modifications? Seriously grow up. You dont know me at all so how can you accuse me? By your actions? Happens all the time out in real life. Judging by your name and email addy, you are 16-18 and a student at an upper-class private school in PDX. (And not making a very good impression for OES, BTW) |
