Default Help with Adobe Audition

Hi,
I'm using a trial version of Adobe Audition 1.0. The only way I can
actually see wave or spectral views is to higlight or select the track
(or a portion of it). Clicking on the wave form causes it to
disappear. Is this the way Adobe functions, or is there something
wrong? I'm used to sound editing programs that keep the waveform
visible the whole time.

Thanks
Burke

Something's wrong. You should have a green wave form on a black background.
Go to Options, Settings, click the Colors tab and change the colors. You
may not be displaying enough colors through your video card.
