I have a pair of Tonnoy Gold 15" speakers.
One of them has a small dent in the membrane/cone.
It's not a hole through,
but I feel the material in cone softer where the damage is done.

How should it be repaired?
Will it affect the sound?

According to Audio Lab, if it is in the domed center that shouldn't effect
the sound. However, if it's in the main body of the speaker it may . Folks
like Audio Lab can advise and quote you reconing.
