That usually signifies a zone or trigger is still open. Meaning a door
trigger, trunk trigger, shock sensor in the open position, maybe even a prox
sensor (if you have). Or even if a dome light is on. In some cars, a dome
light delay will give a second chirp after arming if you used the dome light
wire instead of a true door pin wire.

I shut the door, wait a few seconds, Hit arm, Hear chirp-pause-chirp.
not Chirp-chirp. The les is flashing 3 times each turn. I have the green
wire on the alarm hooked up to the dome/door trigger wire. please help
me guys.
