Ive had difficulty getting this to post, so i try again.

I have a harmon/kardon tube type A300. its my first tube amp, and
i love it. the previous amp is not worth mentioning.
alas, i am i need of speakers. current speakers are a/d/s monitors that
are 4 ohm eek! i listen to 80% vinyl, which is played
on a thorens td160. ive searched this and others and come up with some
ideas but in all honesty, i am stuck!
here is what some of you said for under/around 400$usd:
mission 771, b&w 601, phase tech 4.5, ascend acoustics 6bm 170,
axiom m22ti, and psb alpha. i have recently auditioned klipsch and
paradigm monitors. i heard a large difference between the two.
i liked them both ok. but i am not totally sold on going new w/
speakers.
i would love any thoughts you have. thanks
