Has anybody had a chance to listen to this new Ted Fletcher creation? Is it
even in the ballpark with the designs it emulates (LA2A, 1176, VCA). I've
had a Joe Meek SC4 in the rack for years and while it was good on the
occasional vocal track, bass or drum sub, it never made my ears tingle like
a great compressor should.

Ted Fletcher is a great designer. The joe meek stuff he made had a wonderful
signature sound to it that I love on many things, and I have much faith that
his latest creation hold's up to his reputation. Try one. Let us know.

Looks like an updated JoeMeek SC2, the only JoeMeek box that ever deserved to
be considered "boutique" ...but for $1369!?!?! I want one!

Looks like its aiming more towards the Distressor market as it emulates various
other compressors including the SC2 which makes drums very BONHAMY if you like
that sound.
