Default 2 AD825 convert to 1 ne5532 pinout

I read here http://www.octave-electronics.com/lcaudio/ad825.shtml that
AD825s are the best replacement for ne5532s for audio apps. I have a
Studio Projects VTB-1 mic preamp with 2 4580D opamps I want to replace.
Two AD825s per 4580D, and a couple caps of some sort. I wonder if
anyone knows about how to do this? I haven't gotten back a price quote
yet from them, but from another site I saw them for like 40 bucks each,
so I figured it would be much cheaper to make myself, if only I could
figure out how! Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

AD825AR's are less than $4.00 apiece at Digikey www.digikey.com -- they are
surface mount so you need surface mount adapters. Get the product design
sheet from Analog Devices, www.analog.com

The surface mount adapters are available at Bellin Dynamic Systems --

I don't really know which product design sheet you mean, I can't really
figure it out on my own. I just know that these are sold, and it would
be a lot cheaper to make myself if I had a shematic. I know that two
AD825s and a couple decoupling caps are supposed to go on an adapter,
but I can't figure out the layout. Any help? Thanks!

Hey, that looks like just what I need, thanks! I think I may need a
little help deciphering it though. If pin 4 is grounded, then c3 and
c4 wouldn't be needed, right? I was planning on using this for my VTB-1
and my Art Tube MP. I believe the 4580 and TLO72 on these are supposed
to be pin compatible with the ne5532. Bu the pinouts on the board seem
a little different. On the 4580 pin 1 (out 1) isn't connected to
anything, and on the TLO72 pins 5(in2) aren't bridged. But the
schematic shows all 8 pins being used. Would that be a problem? The
block diagram for the ne5532 shows pin 1 to be out 1 and pin 8 to be
Vcc. And the TL072 shows pin 4 as Vcc-. Is that the same as ground?
Help clearing this up would be much appreciated, thanks!

I found the best prices for the components if anyone is interested.
for the adapters:
