Yes, it is. While $200 is not a lot of money for a mic, it's a lot more than $75 for an SM57 or SM58. I'm wondering what the benefits are. |

I recently bought a Sennheiser MD441 and it is indeed worth 10x the price of a Shure SM58 to me. You'd have to have a use for it and the sound that it produces. Looking at a spec sheet won't tell you anything about what it sounds like. |
