Hi.

Wondering if anyone has a used Sony ECM-51 or ECM-510 microphone for
sale either working or for parts. Any podium microphone that can be
used as a decent interview hand held will be considered as well, but
would prefer either the slim Sony's for their attractive design.

Why not just buy an EV 635A?

I have some Sony ECM-50 mics that would lend themselves to being placed on
a wand for sleek interview use. I've often thought a Plexiglas rod with a
groove for the cable would be attractive. Also, it's not too difficult to
disconnect the cable at the XLR PS module so it could be threaded through a
slim pipe. I've seen aluminum tubing in hobby shops that would look nice.

Let me know if you want one ... maybe for the cost of shipping?

Hi Mark.....I saw your post looking for a Sony ECM 51, Thought you might be interested in a Sony ECM 41, which I have up on ebay now (item #260857536718 ). I believe it's the same mic but runs on a regular AA battery.
