Default Help needen hooking up spearkers to a Pilot 240 Stereo Plus

Hello.

I've bought a Pilot 240 Stereo Plus Tube Amplifier and don't know how
to hook up the speaker-cables (main and extension)...

Channel A: 4 / 8 / 16 / LFT /CTR /LFT /CTR
Channel B: 4 / 8 / 16 / RT /CTR /RT /CTR

1) Where do I have to connect the ground (-)?
Somebody told me on the 4/8/16 switches, but I thin it should be at
the LFT/RT

2) And how do I connect a single Channel speaker so that it get the
signals from the left and the right channel?

THX for your help.

Christof.
