Default Install door speakers in 93 Eclipse?

I have bought a pair of 6.5" speakers that I want to install in the
door of my 93 eclipse. I have popped off the carpet section of the
door and that probably wasn't the smartest move as now it is very
loose. I was wondering if I'm going to have to take the door panel
off to install my new speakers or if just pulling the rest of the
carpet section off will work? I didn't see any screws just by looking
down behind the carpet that would be holding the speaker. This will
be my first time installing speakers, so any help would be
appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Chris

you will have to remove the entire door to get the speakers in.

No you don't, you just have to remove the panel that covers the door.
