Help: how to connect the filaments of a tube rectifier and a regulator in a
common souce?
The tubes EZ80 and 12AT7 are connected as follow:

You don't need to put DC on the heaters of the tubes. That simply
wastes money & applies an extra load to your transformer due to
the harmonic currents presented by the heater rectifier & cap.
Just connect the heaters direct to the 6.3 VAC.

The circuit as shown will not regulate since you have not provided
a voltage reference.

A OD3 will be connected for reference.
How about the heater? Should I connect one end of the 6.3V
to the ground or some voltage around 250VDC, or just let it floating?

wastes money & applies an extra load to your transformer due to
the harmonic currents presented by the heater rectifier & cap.
Just connect the heaters direct to the 6.3 VAC.

Heater-Cathode insulation rating for the EZ80/6V4 is 500 volts
so connect one side of the heater winding to the 12AT7 cathode.
