Default has anyone changed an ev644 connector?

i heard that a 4 pin can be replaced with an xlr. can anyone save me
from trial and error time?

If you are asking about how to put a 3-pin male XLR on the
mic, then this was made exactly for that purpose...

yes but i think the guts from an xlr fit the casing o k. do you know
how to hook up the wires? on the 4 pin it's white green red and
yellow. the xlr has a 1 2 3 and one that connects to the casing. i
think that's ground so it would be green.
