Default 111 converting file formats

I have BFD and Smaplitude lite. They came with someone elses pro tools
package and say on the disk that they're to be use in pro tools. My
question is is there a way to get the sounds on the disks converted and
stored on my hard drive in .WAV format? I amusing Sonar 5 and have too
much invested and not enough capitol to get pro tools. I will be later
this year before I can consider switching so how can I get all the cool
sounds not in Direct X or VST available in Cakewalk.
