Play cassettes on CD system?
I have a CD (only) player in my car. I want to play audio cassettes
with my car's speakers. Is there some way to use my car's system to play audio cassettes? I have seen adapters to play CD's on cassette systems, but not the other way around. Any help out there? Thanks. |

Do you have an external amp powering your speakers? There are a couple of things you can try, once we know a little more about your system. Scott |

Scott Factory stero that came with the car. Internal amp (I think, if I understand correctly). |

Well, if the factory stereo has controls for an add-on CD changer, you may be able to hook up an adaptor that will let you connect your tape player instead of a CD changer. If not, you'll probably need some kind of FM modulator so that you can play your tapes through the radio. You can either get a wireless modulator, or a wired one that connects between the factory stereo and the antenna. Scott Gardner |
