Default Digital recorder

I have been looking for a digital recorder setup for my job. The
requirements are that it be a desktop model, have inputs for at least three
microphones and that the input is either burned to a cd or written to memory
and can be off loaded to a computer as a wav file. This is to be used in a
conference room setup. I have been scouring the internet over the evening
and have found nothing satisfactory. I was hoping that someone might have
some suggestions. I expect such a recorder with microphones to cost several
hundred dollars. I greatly appreciate any help.

Regards,
Bill

If it were not for the 3 mic inputs (2 only): Marantz PMD-670.

If two inputs would do, any mini-disk recorder would be OK. A stereo
mic input is two mono inputs.

Would a couple of PZM mics flat on the table-top do the job? Is this
for record-keeping, or for vanity - does it merely have to be
recognisable or does the MD want his deathless thoughts distributed to
the toiling masses as inspiration?

Thanks for the help. The Maranz recorder sounds like what I am look for.
I will try to find some kind of adapter to allow me to add three microphones
to an input for only one microphone. The recorder setup is to record
meetings
where the session is on record and must be documented. The recorder can sit
right on the table top with the microphones in front of the respective
talker.
My boss does not want to utilize one of the many small portable digial
recorders
on the market
