Power your radio off (with the ignition on) and then hold down the function
button until you get into the function menu. The hold push either preset 5
or 6. One of them will get you into Demo Mode and the other will turn off
the Negative Mode. If you get into Demo Mode just push it again to get out
and push the other preset.

It's not a problem with the unit, it's a design feature to draw more
attention to Pioneer units on display and help keep the display cool during
the endless hours they are on in a display board. Alpine doesn't use OEL
displays so they don't have this function.

When the OEL displays first came out my rep told me it was to protect the
display but he was never really able to explain the need for it.

get
burned into the background but im not sure if that was true or not not

This is one of the 2 demo modes in the 750mp. Hold down the "5"
button for 5 seconds to disable it. Was buggin me to. Can't remember
if it was power on or off though.....you figure it out. Good
investment thought, the 750mp.

Of coz.. Best buy guys are sales ppl they don't know **** and they don't
even have good problem solving skills otherwise they don't have to work
there. LOL. amp overheating. bull****. Premier is VERY good ****, I have
one too but not your model. you in Canada too? yo know what, futureshop is
the worst, those guys just walk around and beg for commission like a dog.
especially when u pay for your ****, they ask you to buy extended warranty.
Recently my friend bought a WD harddrive, the guy told my friend to buy
extended warranty coz the guy said the HDD only comes with 1 year. After
that, my friend found on WD website and called 1-800 to confirm, futureshop
guy lied. mofo. my friend was SO ****ed and used FedEx to send 3 letters to
the CEO, the store manager, and the Canada head office. so funny.. hahaha..

You futureshop/best buy people, don't fool around with your customers we
aint stupid mofo, we can make you lose your job if you **** us off.
