Default Infinity Basslink in F150 truck w/stock radio

How do these powered subs sound, are they meant for only light pounding or
will they put out some boom in a small cab of a truck?

I am considering recommending this unit for a custo/friend of mine. He's not
interested in bumping the hood just creating a fuller sound than what the
stock radio delivers. For the money and convenience of having built in amp
and line converter this sounds like a viable option.

Any input is highly appreciated

They tend to be a little "boomy" for my taste but considering you can get a
refurb with remote for around $200 they are a good way to get a good amount
of bass for little cash in a small space.
